Title: Supplier of Discrete Electronic Components in Small Quantities?

I would appreciate suggestions as to an appropriate supplier of discrete electronic components, in small quantities, please.

Example --

I have a requirement for two (2) Vishay 2.2μF ±10%, 160 V AC, 250 V DC, polyester capacitors or equivalent.

I really don't want to go to the extent of creating a "business" account with, say, RS Components but would far prefer to deal with some entity that would use PayPal, etc, for example.

For some reason I am reminded of days of my youth.

A carefully handwritten letter would be prepared, with a sheet of carbon paper to maintain a copy, listing such things as...

AC 127 - 1 off
AC 128 - 1 off
10k ohm, 1/4W - 2 off
Lots more resistors, capacitors etc..

The letter would be addressed to one of the advertisers in Practical Wireless, and would end with the memorable sentence...  Please find enclosed my postal order for the sum of...
