I upgraded a friends Gigabyte based system recently, followed by lots of complaints about it not shutting down... some people eh ;)
So after a bit of rummaging in windows 10 management, found errors relating to Apple charger !!!
His board also supports USB Charge on/off as well.
Solution ... Uninstalled both of the affected drivers and modded the bios, no more shut down errors.
There were about 9 other issues in the logs but there all ironed out one by one.
My ears were burning for a while, but he's happy now, phew! :blush:
