The recent $1b case against Samsung which won Apple $548m damages looks to be due a little more shrinkage.
A patent used to win the case appears to be heading for invalidation due to 'Prior Art'.

Ah - Apple vs Samsung and the American patent system. If you can pass a test on BT's DLM, you might qualify to struggle your way through that one!
It was something I semi-followed, back in the day that PJ and Groklaw were covering things, though I more cared what SCO were doing with their Linux threats. It's a real shame PJ stopped.
