As per title.
Getting this irrespective of browser on laptop, PC and iPad.
Any ideas?
Update IE giving a 410
-
A little more detail may be useful ! ;D
Not a lot of information to work with to answer the question.
Possibly screenshots might help.
-
Not a lot more to give but to be clear,
I browse to mydslwebstats.co.uk and get a 410 access denied.
I'm guessing you thought I was referring to DSLstats tool but I doubt a 410 error would be relevant there. ;)
As such, there's nothing to screen grab.

This part of the forum is for any router monitoring software and there are several. It's up to you to say which one you're posting about.
www.mydslwebstats.co.uk works for me
-
I know that Dray hence posting here. I thought the 410 would have been enough of a clue, clearly I was wrong.
Thanks for advising that it's working for you. Appreciate you checking.
I'll see what Tony reckons when he's about. Summat random no doubt.

Hi
Okay now?
The message you should have been seeing was 'Access Permission Denied...' which is different and took a little while to trace....
Edit: I see that was in the title already but not the text...
-
I too am getting an error going onto http://www.mydslwebstats.co.uk/
All I get now is this on Chrome.
Access Denied - if you are a registered user, please post on Kitz forum thread...
Or on IE
403 forbidden
The website declined to show this webpage
HTTP 403

I managed to login but the only possible way to do this is to VPN through my home network then attempt to login again.
-
Its not loading for me from here.
The connection has timed out

Hi Tony
Thanks for looking.
Now getting
ERROR

The above is in IE, Chrome and Safari.
The original error was 410 (Gone away) in IE and Access denied in Safari / Chrome.

Appears to all be working at 07:07 now I'm awake and could see something is adrift
The Apache server process crashed at 00:47:50.789463 (approximately! by which time I was asleep), the first time in nine months it's failed. There is virtually nothing in the Server logs to say why though, the only entry that indicates this is in Apache's own log : httpd.pid overwritten -- Unclean shutdown of previous Apache run? when it was restarted this morning. However, the Windows event log shows a fatal call to Apache2 for an incorrect function so maybe a bug in Apache?
Local processing continued okay except for anything that needed http access of course.
I don't believe there's a direct connection between this and the previous problem mark saw as there's a large gap between them and restarting Apache has got it working again with no other changes. However, the timings of some messages in this thread seem to indicate no access between the two times? There are no 403 errors recorded in the log since restart so far except for the usual hackers from Europe and Asia.
At the moment, uploads are running fine, as are those people running the web pages.
One consequence of this is that as there were no uploads for 6 hours or so, the ES counts and so on for today will be out with no chance of recovery.

Nice one Tony. Good to see it back up and running. Apache and Windows, not the best of bed fellows but glad you got it sorted. :)
-
Is there anything Eric could do to detect this error in DSLStats? At least that way users would be aware of an issue.

Still no access to it here unfortunately. Same errors apply. Tried clearing cookies etc.

It is working OK for me, have you cleared your browser cache?

The only site that is shown with such errors in the past few hours is from Korea and I assume that's not you ;)
Are you trying to access from the same Zen IP that you were uploading on? Although you haven't uploaded for some 10 days now.
Can you PM me your IP address (https://www.google.co.uk/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=1&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=0CCIQFjAAahUKEwiE3_Liy6XHAhXICBoKHTLnB2A&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwhatismyipaddress.com%2F&ei=u07MVcSVH8iRaLLOn4AG&usg=AFQjCNFUv4nQDguW0ipbBvIKcS5vT9xH_w&sig2=m9uiCeKXu9UALJ9y2yUMSg&bvm=bv.99804247,d.d2s) please? Is it fixed or DHCP allocated?
And clear your Browser(s) cache(s) as suggested....

That will be me. I'm over here for work at the moment. I can access easily enough from my home connection through VPN so not too worried.
If it has uploaded in 10 days or so then the computer must have been switched off after I left.

Sorry :-\ Too many hackers all day long so the country is banned.
-
Not a problem. I thought I had accessed it before from here but possibly not. All good then ;D

I'll be having another look at this today. It's not straightforward, but it should be possible.

Its OK mate. Looks like the computer gets switched off anyway when I'm away so no point in worrying about it.

However, the timings of some messages in this thread seem to indicate no access between the two times?
FWIW, the log in HG612 Modem Stats recorded this message, repeated every minute until 07:08:-

Thanks but I was referring to the time between fixing mark07's problem at 22:07 and when it crashed later at 00:47 as there were some no access reports....
