I'd like to start a thread about those odd little programs we personally like, and are worth recommending. :) They don't have to be particularly useful, quirky or fun will do.
I'll start off with Picture and Soundshow. I've been using this application for several years now. It's a screensaver application which allows you to make slideshows with music. It has a lot of nice options, and you can even create stand alone savers to share, which I find useful for things like family photos.
