It seems, forgive my ignorance, that BTW DLM is very, very different for FTTC users compared to ADSL1/2/2+. Is that correct?
1. Could someone help me understand what the story is with VDSL2 DLM?
2. And what's the story with FTTP?

All i can do is point you to the Kitz DLM page you will get all you need to know here, it's a very technical documentation but read it over a few times and it will become clearer.

- I know of a very good web-site (http://www.kitz.co.uk/) that has details of ADSL & VDSL2 DLM operation. ;D
- As for FTTP, there are some areas with it deployed. I understand that the provision of FTTPoD is still suspended.

I had already read Kitz' superb work in the DLM pages, but wanted to know more about FTTC's implementation and how it differs, if at all.
I notice that there's a table where Kitz mentions FTTC, but I also wanted to inow what ISPs have access to for the different xDSL services in controlling line parameters.
