Assistance required please, just started happening currant stats graphs are no longer functioning on my version of 612 modem stats app

Are these scheduled graphs, manually initiated or both?
Is ongoing data still being logged every minute?
Are any errors showing in any of the log files in the Event & Error Logs folder?
Are you seeing continuous entries in the EXIT_2_INSTANCES.LOG file?
Can you see any 'stuck' instances of HG612_stats.exe and/or HG612_current_stats.exe in Windows Task Manager?
