Post by: lee2009 on July 27, 2015, 07:26:36 PM
so have been happily using this modem with my biliion 7800n for last few days.

this morning the internet died, the dsl light on the hg612 now just flashes then goes off, internet works fine with the sky router.

I tried the hg612 about a hour ago and it worked!!! again, but it only lasted for 3 mins, and now refuses to connect to fiber

anyone have any idears?

That is quite simple.
The device will now be back in its default configuration.

trying that now matey, but I don't hold up much hope, cant understand why it would disconnect from the internet this morning (after days of trouble free use) and now refuse to reconnect, its clearly this modem as my sky router works

What firmware do you have on the HG612 ?

Has G.INP just been activated on your line ?

If it's not running the latest firmware (and has BTAgent disabled) this could be an answer to your problem
