Title: Microsoft Solitaire Collection

Hi again,

I don't play many games on the PC but recently I downloaded the Microsoft Solitaire Collection, and enjoyed a few games when I could get my wife off it!
Suddenly the App on my task bar will not open, it appears 'try' to but fails.
So I thought download it again, down shows downloading and the store page is shown on the task bar, but that also fails to open fully.

I feel I've had this problem before with something but cannot remember the remedy, can anyone help please?

Following up on this I have been trying to open some of the apps from the tiles on screen, very few respond, all I get is a blank square on the task bar, or the actual app I want to open, clicking on them they appear to be opening , just a flicker, and that's all.

I think it's time to call in the experts, I have a couple of local people who do house calls so I'll give them a buzz.
