advice needed please modem stats had started playing up will not save any settings such as what modem in use(billion 8800NL also snapshot settings & grapg settins and moden ip address)

What location do have the main program folder?  It won't work in protected system folders.

Hi thanks for quick reply it is in downloads (windows 7)previously worked ok also does not reconice my dsls ststs key

correction should read programe files(c)problem has now cured itself

It's not a good idea to have the program in program files folder, it's a protected system folder and the program will not have the correct permissions to update things,  hence the problems.

hi it is now in my downloads folder everything seems to running fine
