Title: Forum and Main site changes. - Possible downtime.

A warning that Im working on the site today, and there may at times be some periods when some things may "look a bit odd" whilst I tweak some settings.

A lot of the prep work has normally been done over-night over the past week..  but I want to carry on working today on some of the things that I can.

However a warning that there WILL be some possible downtime tonight/ tomorrow night whilst I make changes and will have to close the site whilst doing so.

I'm sorry but atm I cant give any indication of how long things will be down for.
Im hoping to keep the forum downtime to a minimum - and do any graphical changes in stages - hence why you may see some "odd images" at times.

Just noticed that theres an SMF update that needs doing, which I thought had already been done (http://forum.kitz.co.uk/index.php?topic=934.0)

Just in case - Im going to take the forums off-line for a few mins at around 10.30am this morning.

Yeah it took me longer to do the backup (hence the delay in starting the upgrade) :D
