Title: back in the stone age

again  hi not been on here for a while and having moved to within a mile of my exchange wonder if any one can help on this for 2 months my download speed was at 6670mbps and its dropped to 0.79mbps   i noticed my line jumped to 62db ?????  :( :( also getting a crap load of timeouts im with postoffice and all thay say is use test socket and monitor for 24hrs

Looking at your stats your attenuation is 45.7 dB and connection synch is 6906 kbps.

Based on what you've said, I would have expected that to produce a copper line test fail?

Any noise on your corded handset?
