What does following Hlog indicate? Bridge taps?

 It could be a bridged tap along the line or in the premises or it could be a reflection from a joint, where there is an impedance change, located some tens of metres from the exchange or from the premises.  It is almost certainly a refection from one of those issues.  It is easy to eliminate or identify  the home/premises wiring as the cause by connecting the modem to line at the point of entry and disconnecting all other extension wiring.

I have information that this person have bridge taps on circuit (engineers said).
