Title: TalkTalk HG533 and Sky On Demand

Some customers have reported an issue viewing On Demand content on their Sky boxes when connected via certain Sky On Demand Connectors. Our initial investigations suggest that this issue is impacting customers with some of our Plus routers, please see our community discussion board for the latest information and help with this issue.

We'd like to offer our apologies for any inconvenience caused by this and assure you that our engineers are working hard to restore service. It may be possible for us to resolve this issue with a remote update to your router which will be completed by one of our engineers.

Seems a recent firmware update to the Huawei HG533 router has affected access to Sky On Demand Connector. Any of you browsing experiencing this issue, the dedicated TalkTalk forum link is below.
