Title: HG612_current_stats.exe not working 8800nl
Post by: Chrysalis on November 02, 2014, 08:02:00 AM
So if I run this with auto snapshots off. it displays a warning and tells me to press a key to continue, however it does not respond to any keys and the command window auto shuts down as if its coded to auto abort regardless of whats going on.

If I enable auto snapshots   I think it works but the auto shutdown of the script occurs, and I think it stops it finishing, so I think thats why its not working on my system.

This is what is shown when the window closes itself.  It closes after only about 1-2 seconds.

I did email you 25th October asking you to send me a couple of examples from CURRENT_ERROR.LOG_file_ERROR.TXT from when it fails- maybe you missed that email?

Ignore the press a key part. That should only be there if users decide to specifically force the program to pause.
I'll fix that spurious message in due course.

The program should indeed pause for up to 3 seconds after it has completed, to allow time to view the output, after which it closes itself down.

Are any valid Plink logs being generated?

There should be up to 16 stages visible in the output as per the attached.

I have a feeling I may need to slow the program down a bit more (or allow it to make more attempts to grab all the modem data for some of the stats) for your super fast PC as it does seem to run the programs quicker than the modem can actually provide the stats.

assuming the plink logs are supposed to be in the snapshot graphs folder the answer is no, I would appreciate it if you slow it down a "lot" rather than just a bit more. even if this means adding a super fast setting.   I will email you the logs thanks.

sorry I didnt reply to that email before, email sent now.
