Can anyone tell me how to prevent videos running automatically on my Samsung mobile please?

Is this by any chance anything to do with Facebook?   They changed some settings several weeks back where videos now auto-play, but you can change it in your settings & prefs.

If not facebook, in what app do they auto-play.
