Title: Common router address login password list ?

Does anyone know of a web page that lists common routers and their login address, username and password.

I found this list below, but really wanted something for the most common routers which I could print out on an A4 page.

There's a fair bit of information Here (http://www.kitz.co.uk/adsl/frogstats.htm) but not in the form you're looking for.
