I recently came across the Telephone Exchange (http://www.telephone-exchange.co.uk/) web-site. It is run by Computerdeal Limited (http://www.creditgate.com/companysearch/computerdeal+limited.aspx) of Worcester. ("Copyright © 2013 Computerdeal Limited" appears at the bottom of each page.)

Ignoring the advertisements, it does appear to be quite useful for providing the location of a named telephone exchange, including the address. For those TEs that I know (and have checked) it is very accurate. I'll go as far as saying that it is more accurate than SamKnows (http://www.samknows.com/broadband/exchange/).
