In an announcement this morning the Pipex Group has aquired Bulldog for ?12 million

Its been known for a while that Bulldog were "up for sale", and only a matter of time before an announcement was made as to who would purchase and for how much.

Pipex have also scooped up Toucan for ?24m

Pipex now has a broadband and voice customer base of 1.14m of which over 570,000 take broadband.
