Title: Watford MUX issue

There is an issue on the Watford Exchange at the moment. Zen LLU circuits are affected.

An engineer is en-route and should be fixed shortly. Please note, BT Circuits are also affected by the outage as it appears it is a BT MUX that is currently down.

Thanks Leo.  Hopefully this has now been restored as I cant find anything in the MSO's :)

Looks like it was more Vodafone and Virgin networks than any others. All cleared as of 6pm last night.
