engineer notes over this period were:

tied line to cricket ball, couldn't thow accross river.

made a bow and arrow out of a stick and bunji cord, didn't make it off the bank.
arrange co-op for 2 vans tied bunji to tow bars and atempted to ping line on a brick over the river.
did not make it over the river.
attempted the cricket ball again this time hitting with a bat. did not make it over the river.
paid a kid at a local house £5 to borrow his rubber dingi.
sailed the line over the river.
no pole on other side over river.
located duct in near by bridge.

Ha ha ..... we DO use un-health & safety methods sometimes, to get the end result. I have a 2LB club-hammer that has been whizzed through countless trees, and over a few narrow rivers/ Canals, in order to get a wire from A to B. Needs must.  :P ;D ;D ;D

All ISPs will receive a copy of the engineers report.
Some ISPs share them with the EU, whilst others will deny their existence.

Plusnet are usually pretty good and will paste a copy of the engineers report into your fault ticket so you can see whats been done. iirc Zen normally share too.
