A: You're a new face 'ere at doctors, so what's wrong with you then?

B: Well this time 'sabout me knee. It's fair givin'me gip when I climb them stairs in me flat. D'you know every thing about me is fallin to pieces;me knees, me back, me feet , me eyes. 'Sterrible!  What about you then? Don't look that bad!

A: Oh, I feel like a new born babe!

B: That's interesting, great! So tell me!

A: Yes, I got no hair, got no teeth, and I keep on wetting and pooping my self.
