Major outage report via Plusnet earlier this evening.

Subject: Broadband connectivity (74971) - NEW

We have recently received notification of a large BT Wholesale network outage that is causing connectivity problems for some of our broadband customers nationwide.

This is driving a significant volume of calls to our support centre.

BT Wholesale have identified the cause of the problem and we'll provide further updates as they are made available.
