Title: rs-ux and rs-w minor upgrade v1.1

This is a very minor upgrade from v1.0. The only change is the addition of more options for the Command Prefix configuration item, so as to cover some additional routers which use these different commands. If v1.0 is already working for you there is no need to upgrade.
