Title: BT Wholesale FTTC handbook
Post by: waltergmw on November 11, 2012, 08:37:50 AM
Gentlefolk,

You may like to read the post here:-

http://br0kent3l3ph0n3.wordpress.com/2012/11/10/read-this-to-avoid-broadband-blues/

which contains a link to Issue 4 dated 5 January 2011 of the BT FTTC handbook.
Amongst other things it describes the rules on fault investigations and how orders for low performance lines are handled.

The article does state that the handbook does not cover the new higher frequency versions of VDSL.

Kind regards,
Walter

Thank you for the link, Walter. That resulted in a few minutes read which, in turn, made references to now superseded SINs (http://www.sinet.bt.com/sinlist1.htm).
