..and had the telephone interview and been invited along to assessment centre for next phase, not got dates yet
sky are opening a new Customer Contact Centre nearby and are recruiting, I applied for Customer Advisor - Evening & Weekends part-time - I dont know if I will manage with my health problems but Iam going to try my best... at least I can say I tried if it dont work out...
its a bit of everything, broadband, phone, TV and sales

Fingers crossed for it, Snadge! Maybe guide the interviewer to this forum, and your contributions to it, as proof of your competence and qualifications for the appointment :)

yeah I already told them about my knowledge level with phone lines and broadband - and sky's service in particular, its worked so far :)
