Just in case any Virgin user is experiencing problems,this might explain why

@ Everybody,

I have just been far too busy fighting our Proud Guardians.

In addition we've had some sort of incident along one of our notoriously bad overhead cable runs which has caused a few to drop down to ADSL2 minimum speeds.
