No not nationwide. Mine has been up 37+ days as of now..... There is a report of an OR cable problem and some 50+ exchanges in the north had problems earlier.

Strange . . . I've been using my Internet connection since this morning, without any problems!  :-\

Perhaps East Anglia is not sufficiently northern for me to be affected by the outage.  :P

Thanks for the clarity. Anytime my friends or family experience BB or PSTN faults, they ring me up regardless of who their SP is  ::) One of my pals rang TT, and they told them it was nationwide.

Still showing 5 exchanges affected by OR copper cable break, the wider problems mainly in the NW region show as resolved but are keeping an eye on it to ensure it is fixed.
