Mail I addressed to x@bigfoot.com has bounced from x_netphone@tiscali.co.uk.

X (not his real email alias, of course) is a friend. I have sent numerous emails to him before without anything like this happening, so am worried how it could have happened.

Ideas? :-\ :)

Maybe he has set up a mail forward to the tiscali account (his real isp) and it bounced due to full mailbox or the like?

As it happened I saw them at church today. Mail does get through, but they are mystified, as they do not think they have set up forwarding to the Tiscali address, so its mailbox should not be full.
