Hi all,
I'm a telecoms senior engineer with 25 years in telecoms. Mainly on PBX installation (not BT) have installed call center/voicemail/VOIP etc.
I have worked for a small installer/maintainer in Dorset for the last 21 years but am about to move to the Lake District and start afresh with my family.
As a company we are a Network reseller using WLR platform for ISDN2/ISDN30 and analogue lines and resell various broadband products for Gamma,O-Bit, MDNX(viatel) and Kcom/Mistral.
This site has provided me with plenty of information in the past and have signed up to try and give a little back although the knowledge base here hardly needs any help from what I have read.
I deal with BT/Openreach on a daily basis through WLR3 and have access to ISP's portal services which can occassionally be useful.

Small world Rich, I used to live very near Penn Hill and got the bus from there to school every day many many moons ago, I have also worked in Ferndown and West Moors in the past I now live out in Wareham ( just got back from walking the mutt in Wareham Forset).

I am a local local if you know what I mean. Dragged up in Wimborne and West Parley. Played a bit of golf at Wareham but its a bit up and down for me!
