Title: What has happened to scroogle?

Heading says it all really, this was my home page, all I get now is a "Server not Found".  It would be a real shame if it has gone forever as I do not use Google unless I really, really have to.

If anybody else wants a go it should appear at https://ssl.scroogle.org/

It shows up as an Untrusted Connection, for me.  :-\

I just get 'Network Problem'.
I've not actually seen a Url like that one before.

Wont be the first time Scroggle has gone down, theyve had problems a few times in the past with google conflicts and the site has had to be taken down, they usually find a way round it and are back up and running.   Wonder if theres been another fall out with google?


Theres currently no DNS for it.

The Register noted a problem on the 14 Feb.

I hang my head in shame, I should have searched more carefully.  It appears that Google has blocked scroogle once again as pointed out above, but this time scroogle may have given up and taken its site offline.  Will await developments but have switched to either startingpage or duck(what a stupid name)duckgo.
