I recently had cause to use BT Desktop Help service and now whenever I start the PC I get the attached notice.
Can anyone tell me how to stop it please?

Delete temporary files. If you had to install a help client remove it with the Windows uninstaller.

Thanks Adrian, sorry to say deleting temp files hasn't worked, not sure what you mean by help client, all I used was BT Broadband desktop help.

In what way did you need to use BT deskktop help, when I was BT I found it virtually useless, saying that their Indian support weren't much better

Well that's done the trick, I suppose I can always reinstall it if I need to, I found it helpful whenever there was an connection issue, but I ound the pop warning that there was an internet problem as soon as I opened Outlook express annoying.
Thanks all,
Peter
