Subject: Broadband Connectivity (70047) - NEW

At approximately 5.22pm a large BT Wholesale network outage resulted in a large number of our customers losing connectivity to the Internet.

Our monitoring suggests that customers started reconnecting around 5.40pm although we are yet to receive notification from BT that the problem is resolved.

If you are experiencing problems connecting then we suggest you try powering off your modem or router for thirty minutes before switching it back on and attempting to reconnect.
