It doesn't seem to be an accurate list.

O2 throttle (traffic manage) P2P on The Basics, The Allrounder and The Works :

They don't on my package  ;).......still on the old 'unlimited' one

It's based on user input, if an ISP isn't listed(yet) it means no one has entered details.

The Works package is shown as throttling P2P but has no confirmations........ ???

They don't on my package  ;).......still on the old 'unlimited' one

And me......no way would I relinquish it for one of the new packages.
