It's called:
Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0-KB2656352_20120115_170616703-Msi0.txt and is around 13Mb.
I only discovered it when CCleaner had difficulty in deleting it.
So has anybody got any idea what it is (I know it's to do with Windows updates) and whether it can be deleted?
I know this is my first post for ages, but I do look in about every other day, honest.

It was the security update for Microsoft's .NET Framework 2.0.

Not sure why yours is at 13MB but it should be safe to delete if in the temp folder.

And by the way, 13MB is not "very large" these days. Far from it.
13GB might be "fairly large"
And why CCleaner had a problem is a mystery, 13MB is nothing for a tool like that. :'(

Thanks for all the replies. I realise that 13Mb is not that large, but the hard disk in my first PC was only 20Mb. How times change..........
