Gentlefolk,
I've had reports from two of my Ewhurst contacts on THCN Cranleigh exchange that their lines are staying in sync but are losing authentication for several minutes before returning briefly and then going away again.
Theres nothing yet reported on the Zen web status site but Zen phone lines are totally engaged which suggests massive problems somewhere. Now if you happen to have your services with another supplier such as Virgin Media there seems to be no problem at all.
