Title: DMT tools

im not sure this is in the right place so if not can you move it to the right place

i just downloaded the 7.3 one i put in my modem user name which at the time was SuperUser and password and it connected

the modem is o2  TG587n v2 if im right is a thomson

how do there dtm tools work

any info pls

i can logon to it but nothing else nothing on the graphs

I haven't used Thomson routers for ages, but I seem to recall that recent models with ISP customised firmwares have their diagnostic capabilities severely limited. It may be that DMT is unable to work with your router, but perhaps someone else knows better.

doesn't it need to use the special login on the thomson ?? or is that just the netgears on v8.07 ??
