I did notice some posters have Plusnet Full Fibre and ran on BTw speedtest and the report back for IP Profile was much higher than 500 at 533.98Mbps IP Profile with speed throughput of 510Mbps. And upload was remain the same matched IP Proifile and throughput at 75Mbps.
How strange for FTTP higher profile for full fibre now?

I don't see it as strange, its more consistent with services being sold as 900Mbit but the profile being 1000 with real-world of 940.
So a service being sold as 500 SHOULD have a profile large enough for that to be the real-world speed, in accordance with the ASA guidelines (https://www.asa.org.uk/advice-online/broadband-and-telecoms-speed-claims.html).
Upload speeds are often ignored in marketing which allows them to skirt around the issue there.

The 500Mb package is actually 550Mb (550/75) so it isn't higher at all.
That's 97% which sounds about right.

Ah ok that make more sense now as Plusnet product only show Full Fibre 500 (which it should be) from Openreach product 550/75.

I'd completely forgotten that.
