I'd have to get it past the other half and then I'm only after the router.

I'm not sure where the select rural areas are, but they seem to cover Skye (see map (https://www.starlink.com/map)).
25ms latency from low orbit satellites practically negates previous disadvantages of satellite broadband.

No contracts, 30-day trial.

I did point Weaver in that direction before but he didn't reply to my PM about it.

I'm surprised he isn't jumping on this. Starlink + AAISP L2TP would be perfect for him.
