Just wondered if there are any 1gb you fibre users on the forum? I'm intrigued to know what sort of speed test result you get on tbb speed tester for single thread test.
Thanks

I have their 10G. TBB is not the greatest speedtest however single threaded I break the gigabit barrier comfortably and multithreaded 4 Gb/s+ is doable.
You'll see up to 960 Mb/s reported by Ookla. That's what I saw when briefly on 1 Gb/s before my move to full speed.

Bearing in mind you will only see 8Gbps max on a 10Gbps service - One would need to have 10G provisioned via 25GPON to see the "full" 10G

About standard, wired into the eero

Is that using greater than Gigabit networking from ONT to client?

It's a bit more than that but it serves me.

Honestly can't remember, but yes looking at the upload I was likely using a 10G port

Yeah it's like 8.4Gbps or thereabouts, right?

You've a PM. Can speak more freely in private. :)
