Title: tcp.analysis.duplicate_ack
Post by: neil on July 31, 2022, 04:19:42 PM
I have an issue with TCP packets on my network. Burst of tcp.analysis.duplicate_ack packets.
From wireshark total packets 39168
TCP packets 94.5%
and tcp.analysis.duplicate_ack 13.8%

Is it normal on home network?

In the IO graph the black line total packets and red line is tcp.analysis.duplicate_ack

Looks like it's an issue with my switch. Even in my lan network I was getting tcp dup and out of order. I changed the switch to my old dumb switch and its fine now. But I need to check the internet TCP stream. LAN tcp stream with http is working fine.
