Title: More lightning, but out in the atlantic
Post by: Weaver on June 28, 2019, 11:21:10 PM
My lightning strike tracker app is showing hell on earth out beyond Harris and Lewis (‘Na h-Eileanan Siar’, refers to the whole western isles chain in common usage) Janet thinks it is going to head away northwards though.

There was one isolated strike between Harris and Skye - that is on the other side, the inner side of the western isles’ arc) off the coast at Roghadal.

Could do with some of that in East Anglia, as it would probably clear my headache.

Am very sorry to hear about your head, I always try a mixture of paracetamol and ibuprofen with omeprazole if needed to protect the stomache from the ibuprofen.

It has been ridiculously hot here, 28 C at one point here. Too hot for the kittens to play, until about 7pm. Orientals sunbathing then getting into the shade in one spot after another.

On the mainland near Beinn Fhada which is not too far away temperatures hit 31 C today.
