Title: Now have G.INP on my ECI can - but actual rate is higher than attainable?

Is this Normal - I'm on a Draytek 2860ac, that helps . Uptime since G.INP with those stats in ~9 Days.

Your SNR Margin is at 5dB. 

On FTTC, the Target SNRm is 6dB,  the fact that you have lost 1dB of SNRm since sync accounts for the loss of attainable speed. 

Attainable rate will rise and fall in line with your SNRm.    If you were to resync at that moment in time, you would come back up with an SNRm of 6dB, but a sync speed of around 67.5 Mbps.
