Looking at the stats using Roseway tool in the HG612 modem I found this:

The U1 band line and signal attenuation differs too much each other.
Can this be caused by bridged taps ?
I'm concerned because the attainable rate at upstream is too low compared to other users here.
Any advices are welcome.

It looks as though your US sync speed has been capped/banded at 4Mb for some reason.
US SNRM looks high enough to achieve more speed than that.
The fact that U0 data is all N/A & your Discovery Phase (Initial) Band Plan being unusual suggest you are not based in the UK.
Where are you based & what service speeds are you subscribed to?
Hlog graphs would show if any bridged taps are in place.
A valley or dip in the plot signifies a bridged tap.
The two attachments show a connection before the bridged tap was removed & the same connection after it was removed.

I'm from Brazil.
The provider ( GVT ) uses profiles to define the up/down rates to the subscribers. In my case 38000/4000 Kb/s.
The provider uses Zhone and Milegate DSLAMs. In RS-W it shows IKNS ( IKANOS ) chipset in the DSLAM.
The upstream band U0 is used in some areas.
Looking at the HLOG graph doesn't look like are any bridge taps ( I guess ... ).
Maybe some provider config at the DSLAM cause the attainable limitation ... I'm surprised that the band U2 is barely used.

So it looks like you are currently achieving the maximum speed available from your current subscription, with scope to achieve quite a bit more if you were to upgrade.

Some months ago the upstream SNR was 22-24dB for the same plan. The downstream SNR doesn't change.
There is a faster ( 55000/6000 ) plan but I'm concerned that the SNR stay very low and troubles begin to happen.
Well maybe it's time to review the internal wiring of my house to see if are any room for improvement.
Offtopic. Anyone knows where is defined the SNR goal to determine the attainable rate ? is a modem/firmware setting or a DSLAM setting ?

The target SNRM (both DS & US) is defined in the software configuration of the DSLAM / MSAN.
With a suitable Broadcom chip-set based CPE (such as the Huawei HG612, for example) it is possible to override the DS target SNRM but not the US. :)
