 Looking at how shiny the guttering, fascia and soffits are, I am presuming that the pole came first! How badly damaged was the feed cable that had been "diverted"?
Obviously a builder who was trying to avoid the "please move the pole" expense/delay. Out of interest, what would he have been charged for the simple move of the pole?

It looks like a recipe for trouble, that's for sure. ;D

What happened to the metal foothold that I think should be on the left side of the pole just below the soffit ?
Edit : Would you believe ..... ??
.......well I have my doubts ;)

According to the image properties this was taken @8 years ago, is that set up still there ?

Ha ha .... I was only asking Walter.
To everyone else, this wasn't taken on my patch, I had it forwarded to me via a works e-mail that originated from our 'Planning Office'. So, it isn't a photo-shop jobby, and I wouldn't know if it was still there TBH. I've got a few more shots of this and would you believe, the PCP is right next to the pole. Wouldn't have taken that much to move it I'm guessing ?? ;D
