Oisín the now large kitten has just eaten a spider. It was upside-down on the slanting ceiling just above my head in bed. He reared up like a meerkat and nosed it, knocking it down into the bed where he lost it for a while, but then gobbled it up. How they do like insects and small moving things.
His brother Somhairle regularly ounces on and captures a leaf in the garden, brings it into the kitchen, growling.
