I would like to buy a 26" monitor to use for excel spreadsheets, census transcribing etc. Any suggestions? Will a 24" be a better buy if so suggestions please. I have Windows XP Home. Thanks in advance.

Hi Learner,The bigger the monitor the bigger the price.
This 24" iiyama which I posted a couple of weeks ago should suffice for your needs and it is an excellent price.iiyama have a top class reputation in manufacturing PC monitors.

Hi I,ve looked at the Iilyama 24" as suggested and it looks great. I was wondering what the difference in that one and the "wide screen" one is? Sounds a stupid question I know but, would the wide screen be an advantage for what I would be using it for?

The monitor that unkyUb linked to is a widescreen.
Approx sizes

Just thought I'd let folkes know that I have become the owner of the Iiyama ProLite E2607WS (AVG only version). I bought from Misco as the price was not much more than the Insight 24" ProLite. Also Insight had not got any 24" in stock even after three weeks. Misco had over 100 of the 26". I placed the order on 3.3.09 and received the monitor on 5.3.09 fantastic! Only just connected but so far WOW it is great.
