Theres an explanation on the main site of what all those figures mean

For the top part of the stats:
Line stats explanation (http://www.kitz.co.uk/adsl/linestats_explanation.htm)  and the bottom bit is a record of the different types of errors encountered by your router. (http://www.kitz.co.uk/adsl/linestats_errors.htm).

But basically
Quote
Max(Kbps):      5056            864
is an estimation by your router of your maximum sync speed based on the current conditions on a fixed speed line.

TBH though if you maximise your line as best you can.. then theres a good chance that on maxdsl or adsl2+ then you may get more, as the they work slightly different.
Maximum speed calculator (http://www.kitz.co.uk/adsl/max_speed_calc.php).

Ahh thanks!
I should have looked a little closer at the rest of the site.
