Can you use a BT hub on a non BT line like TTB (Uno)?

You can use a BT Business Smart Hub on any line as a bridged modem. I have used one successfully on my Zen connection. But it doesn't support baby jumbo frames so I gave up on it. Other than that it worked well, and was rock solid. Another downside is that you will never get any firmware updates for it in bridged mode.

What were sync speeds like?

79999/19999. I sync at the maximum speed with any modem (currently using a Zyxel 8324) as I'm fairly close to the cabinet.
