They were. 
Its a shame, but not unexpected afting being swallowed up by a larger company. :(

They were definitely one of the best Isp's, customer service and tech support stood way above the rest.  Soon all we will have left will be the big boys and then you can forget about service because all you will get will be frustration.

They will be missed, no other isp is offering similar support levels, or SRA and custom profiles, at least i got 2years  from them, wish i had come across them sooner, i fell into the tiscali trap (ip stream) shudder! shudder!
now with be-there, which isn't too bad,so far  R.I.P UkOnline, pitty it wasn't sky that got closed

14th, It closed the day I joined Sky.


So far  everything is OK with Sky broadband only service.
